Our Client Service Coordinators are dedicated to all of your clients’ needs. From account paperwork to scheduling annual reviews to assisting with money movement to providing you with performance reports, they’re here to help your business operate with ease.
Our Marketing Coordinator helps build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Through personal touches (e.g. sending flowers, baby blankets, etc.) and hosting regular client events, your clients will always feel appreciated and part of the 360 Family.
Our support for you and your business doesn’t stop there, we also offer written
succession plans to support your family and clients in case of retirement or death.
When your client enters our professional, unique, standalone office in Wayzata, they will be greeted by a member of our support team. We aim to instantly make them feel right at home by taking their beverage order and ask about what matters to them. We get to know our clients like family; learning about important life events and what they aspire to do in the future.
You will then meet with your client in one of our three conference rooms, all equipped with a television screen to display reports for seamless, engaging presentations.
We also offer virtual and telephonic options so you can easily meet with clients in whichever way they prefer.
