Erika, as the Wealth Management Assistant, serves as an executive assistant to Mike Rogers, handling various tasks such as scheduling client meetings, managing client data, and supporting the client development process. She also supports the wealth management team and handles ad hoc assignments. She is a master at quickly developing relationships and is proud to provide additional value to our clients. Erika’s most rewarding career moment was running a kitchen at a training school in Germany. With many countries and visionaries represented, it was a challenge and success to get everyone on board and respect each country’s rules. She is passionate about justice and kindness in every situation. “It’s our responsibility of those with a more privileged start to help those have a more equitable outcome.”
