He has served in roles from Managing Director to President with large and national banks. His experience and extensive network across industries will connect businesses and build partnerships that drive performance and growth.

Mark is known for generating and implementing unique ideas and initiatives to add value to consumers, companies, and shareholders. Mark has created new business channels, developed partnerships, and identified the benefits to all constituents. He has served many years in executive leadership roles with TCF Financial Corporation and its board of directors.

Mark will be driving business development through various channels such as strategic partnerships and network introductions. He will assist in enhancing the client experience, collaborate with the Visionary to establish the 360 Foundation, and coach the leadership team in strategic thought.  He will review strategic plans and make recommendations to achieve growth goals and supercharge 360 Financial’s community involvement and engagement.
