Since 1995...
In October of 1995, the doors to 360 Financial (called Defined Investments then) opened with a client-centric approach.
One client became 10 and then 20 and, within 18 months, the firm acquired more space and hired the first full-time employee.
Over time, more advisors and administrative professionals joined the team. Yet, even as the team grew, our philosophy at 360 Financial stayed the same: focus on our clients’ needs and earn their trust by always acting in their best interest.
This focus has led to clients becoming lifelong friends.

Enrich Lives, Live with Purpose
It started in Detroit, back in 1972, when founder and president, Mike Rogers, began his first business—a shoe shine service—at the age of 7.
This business led to other childhood ventures: lawn care, landscaping, driveway sealing, and anything else that could help save for college.
In 1988, Mike headed to Minnesota with a college degree, landed a position at a big Wall Street firm, and began advising clients on how to grow and protect their wealth.
In the fall of 1995, both of Mike’s parents were diagnosed with cancer.
This life-changing event helped cultivate his life’s purpose: serve clients’ needs with the utmost respect and uphold their best interest.
