Erika Law
Wealth Management Assistant
Erika, as the Wealth Management Assistant, serves as an executive assistant to Mike Rogers, handling various tasks such as scheduling client meetings, managing client data, and supporting the client development process.
She also supports the wealth management team and handles ad hoc assignments. She is a master at quickly developing relationships and is proud to provide additional value to our clients. Erika has a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies and Bible Theology from Bethany Global University.
Erika has worked with people worldwide and lived in Germany, Thailand, and Colombia. She worked with people from various backgrounds and cultures, from at Securian Financial to a Homeless Youth Center in Minneapolis.
Erika’s mantra on money and finances is “Don’t take it too personally.” If we clutch on money too hard, we let it take the lead instead of disciplining it in our goals. When your money isn’t in order, it seems to become the highest priority to take care of.
Erika’s most rewarding career moment was running a kitchen at a training school in Germany. With many countries and visionaries represented, it was a challenge and success to get everyone on board and respect each country’s rules. She is passionate about justice and kindness in every situation. “It’s our responsibility of those with a more privileged start to help those have a more equitable outcome.”
Favorite quote:
You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
-Winnie, the Pooh
My superpower:
Empathy. It creates a safe place for others to tackle and conquer challenging issues and come out stronger.
Biggest influence in my life:
My husband Jason. He pushes me to be my best me. We tackle and support our own goals together. His joy, ambition, humor, and ability to improvise and grow is contagious.
