Mike Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Mike is the Chief Operating Officer at 360 Financial, and his approach comes down to three words: See. Solve. Scale. He looks at the big picture, finds the opportunity, and builds a solution that can grow with the company. That instinct has carried him through financial services, healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, and automotive services. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Opus School of Business, and was among the first to earn a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Capital.
In his role, Mike is happiest when a person or team reaches a goal they weren’t sure they could hit, then pays it forward by coaching someone else. Ask what he loves most about 360 and you’ll get three words: people, people, people.
Outside of work, Mike is always chasing the next adventure, from exploring new places to motorcycle racing.
Favorite quote: “Tell me more!”
Biggest influence in his life: His family. His wife and their two young adult children are smart, caring, and supportive.
Historical figure he would like to sit down and have coffee with: The original author of this question.
