The second installment of the Estate Planning series, Cracking the Code: Navigating the Complexities of Estate Planning for Blended Families, we will provide an overview of estate planning for blended families. It will address the unique challenges and complexities involved, offering tips for navigating legal and financial considerations, utilizing trusts, and fostering communication and collaboration within the family. The session will also cover the role of an estate planning attorney and real-life scenarios and will include an interactive Q&A session for participants to seek clarification and engage in discussions.

Andrew M. Lehner, Attorney at Law

  

Andrew M. Lehner is the owner and operator o f The Lehner Law Office, LLC. As a fourth-generation attorney, Andy understands what it means to be an effective advocate for each of his clients. In addition to his training and experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation, elder law, and probate, Andy spent a summer in Ireland studying international human rights law. Upon admission to the Minnesota bar, Andrew practiced as an estate planning attorney for a prestigious Eden Prairie Firm. In February of 2009, Andy opened the Lehner Law Office, LLC near his home in St. Paul.



Mike Rogers, AIF®, Founder of 360 Financial


Mike Rogers is the President and founder of Wayzata-based 360 Financial. Prior to establishing the firm in 1995, he spent seven years building a solid financial base with two of the nation’s largest investment firms. As a fiduciary, he utilizes his 30+ years of experience to orchestrate and implement customized strategies tailored to address the issues and concerns of qualified retirement plan trustees, high-level professionals, and thriving business owners.




Joe Rapacki, Jr. CPA, PFS, MST, Founder of Rapacki + Co.


The founder of Rapacki, Joseph L. Rapacki Jr., has a strong interest in taxation issues. He brings to the table a deep understanding of the intricacies and changing nature of the financial scene. Joe has a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Board of Accountancy in Minnesota, Massachusetts, and North Dakota.



Brian Bohnsack, AIF®, Senior Vice President


Brian is the Managing Principal of Elk River Office and a Wealth Advisor. Brian attained a bachelor’s degree in accounting, earned his FINRA series 7 and 66 securities registrations through LPL Financial, and carries life and health insurance licenses. Brian has a wide range of experience in financial services, accounting, and management. He loves working directly with his clients to help them learn more about their goals and dreams and educate them about financial planning and investing.



Michael Urch, CFP®, Senior Wealth Manager


As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER,™ Michael advises his clients on insurance planning, investment planning, retirement income planning, tax planning, and estate planning. Prior to joining 360, he spent nine years honing his skills first at a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company and then at independent, planning-centric firms. He graduated magna cum laude from Bethel University with a BA in economics and finance, as well as a minor in mathematics.
